REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics or any related field along with 5 years of relevant progressive experience. Experience therein to include at least 2 years in implementing REST API integration with Flow Designer and 2 years in medium to large scale ServiceNow implementations.

Duties: Responsible for delivering medium to large-scale size ServiceNow implementations. Involve in various ITIL processes and modules, and server-side scripting. Implementing traditional and latest ServiceNow modules like GRC, Event management, TMT (Technology Media and Telecommunications) Management along with relevant functionalities. Work on Python to code scripts for conversion of data from various sources and send to ServiceNow TMF622 API. Involve in migration from HP Service Manger or Microfocus/Opentext SMAX to ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Defining control policies and procedures, and risks across organizations. Implement REST API integration with Flow Designer and create Action Item to fetch and process data.
